Ragini's "I HATE CURRY"

Reckon Indian food is all about curry? Think again! Adelaide's favourite spice queen Ragini Dey is here to show you that there's so much more to it. Settle in for a five-course set menu lunch and an afternoon of Indian culinary education that will change the way you think about the cuisine. The day's menu promises to pack a punch of flavour and fragrance, giving you the chance to get up close and personal with the chef behind it. Dey was born in the Indian city of Mirzapur and has lived in Adelaide for 30 years. Her stellar career has included a trio of successful restaurants: first The Spice Kitchen in Leabrook, and now The Spicery and Naancho Naancho Man in Hutt Street.
