These premium gins will be matched with the right tonics, you'll get to experiment with garnishes, while sampling divine gin-inspired canapés.

The past 5 years have witnessed an explosion of local gins onto the South Australian landscape. "When we opened Hains 5 years ago, I never expected that we would have such  world-class gin makers at our doorstep, these guys have been recognised internationally...
