Gazander Oysters and Ambleside Distillers are both small family run and owned business' dedicated to growing, producing and creating high quality South Australian products.

The event will kick off with a cocktail masterclass from Distiller Matt Dickson followed by a shucking demonstration by the team from Gazander Oysters. Each guest will enjoy two gin cocktails paired with a dozen oysters with house made toppings, one being a gin & tonic sorbet. Guests can take in the view from the deck at Ambleside Distillers while sipping on their cocktails and enjoying freshly shucked oysters.

Guests heading to the Oysters in the Hills event may wish to take public transport - there's a bus stop on Mount Barker Road across from the Distillery.
