The best match for craft spirits? A good yarn. Join godfather of Australian whisky Bill Lark and his gin legend brother Jon Lark as they offer gems from their prized distilleries.

Bill first released a Tasmanian single malt to the commercial market in 1998. Since then his Lark Distillery - based in the Coal River Valley near Hobart - has enjoyed steady growth and a swag of accolades. In 2018 Bill was inducted into the Hall of Fame at the World Whisky Awards.

Jon and his wife Sarah Lark founded Kangaroo Island Spirits in 2002, taking inspiration from boutique distilleries they'd visited in Europe and England. Their products are a true reflection of their place, with botanicals such as native juniper and coastal daisy featuring. KIS O'Gin was named best contemporary gin at the 2019 International Wine and Spirits Competition in London.
