Get set for a culinary experience like no other...step into the National Wine Centre and enter a world where your notion of taste and smell are tested, for a good cause.


Executive chef Steven Clark will send you on a mystery three-course journey of intriguing pairings, innovative textures and unknown flavour combinations to ignite the senses, with a South Australian focus. Each table will then be hosted by a local South Australian winemaker, who will expertly pair their wines to each course. It's local, supporting local.

You will be blindfolded throughout the experience, allowing your other senses to take over the dining experience and to gain an insight into what its like to dine 'in the dark'.


Established in 2014, Dinner in the Dark is the first of its kind in the state and raises funds to support South Australian children who are blind, deaf or sensory challenged. Supporting Can:Do 4Kids, each ticket sale includes a $50 tax deductible receipt.
